As part of the Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the auto leasing business. You’ll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, develop risk frameworks, and support strategic decision-making to protect assets and enable sustainable growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across departments to embed a culture of risk awareness.

Your new role

• Lead the company’s overall risk management process.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify key risks affecting the business.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate risk controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk awareness into operations.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience in risk management, preferably in financial services or leasing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
