Your new role
This role encompasses conducting in-depth compensation analyses, structuring competitive salary frameworks, managing incentive programs, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to local regulatory standards. Furthermore, the position requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), business leaders, and global Total Rewards teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making and uphold equitable and market-aligned reward structures.
Key Responsibilities:What you'll need to succeed
Extensive Experience in Total Rewards Management: Over seven years of expertise in Compensation & Benefits within multinational organisations, with a strong focus on the APAC region.
Advanced Data Analysis Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in leveraging Excel, Power BI, and HRIS platforms, with a preference for Workday, to conduct complex compensation analyses and generate insightful reports.
Comprehensive Job Evaluation Knowledge: Well-versed in the Mercer IPE job evaluation methodology, ensuring consistency and accuracy in organisational job grading structures.
Strategic Collaboration with Global Stakeholders: Skilled in engaging with international HR teams and business leaders to drive effective total rewards strategies and initiatives.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong articulation and business communication abilities; proficiency in an additional APAC language is advantageous.
Results-Oriented and Detail-Focused: A meticulous and analytical approach to problem-solving, coupled with a commitment to achieving impactful outcomes.
