Thailand Country Sales Manager

Reporting To: Sales Director – APAC
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Country Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations in Thailand for
Power Systems and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Equipment. This role is pivotal in driving market expansion, revenue growth, and establishing strong customer and partner relationships in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels within the Thai market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utilities, commercial clients, and channel partners.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team to support business objectives.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to regional leadership.
- Ensure all business activities comply with local laws, industry standards, and internal governance policies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in power systems, energy infrastructure, or EV charging solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving growth targets.
- Strong network and understanding of Thailand’s energy, infrastructure, and mobility sectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
