Your new role
As a Senior Quality Manager, you will lead and shape the entire quality function, overseeing QA, QC, and Supplier Quality operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving continuous improvement across all quality-related processes. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold product integrity and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in a senior quality leadership role within the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of QA, QC, and Supplier Quality systems and standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
  • Demonstrated success in managing audits, quality systems, and supplier development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background preferred
