A leading multinational organisation in the nutrition and healthcare sector is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee compliance and legal operations. This is a strategic role within a purpose-driven company that values innovation, collaboration, and integrity.
Your new role
As the Senior Compliance Manager, you will report to the Head of Legal Thailand and Regional Legal Director & Compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and enforcing global compliance policies, guidelines, and audit protocols to mitigate legal and operational risks.
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and developing corrective action plans to address vulnerabilities.
- Managing compliance systems and processes, including contract lifecycle management and compliance approvals.
- Supporting corporate governance, litigation reporting, and company secretarial matters in alignment with local laws.
- Acting as the focal point for PDPA compliance and data privacy matters, ensuring alignment with global data protection policies.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive compliance awareness, internal audits, and process improvements.
- Providing timely and practical compliance advice to business units and supporting ad hoc legal and compliance projects.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key commercial contracts including distribution, service, and sales agreements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of Thai corporate law, PDPA, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex contracts and regulatory matters.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data privacy and internal governance is a strong advantage.
