Your new role
As a Mining/Quarry Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing daily mining operations, leading a team of workers, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. You will also manage budgets, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with local and national regulations. This role requires a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine or quarry management.
  • Knowledge of mining equipment and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
