Your new role
As a QA Manager / Supervisor, you will oversee the quality assurance team, develop, and implement QA strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for managing 8D reports, addressing customer complaints, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest quality standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry
- Proven experience with 8D reports and handling customer complaints
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and industry standards
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools
