Your new role

As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of overseas manufacturing processes, manage production teams, ensure quality standards, and promote safety. They collaborate with other departments and focus on continuous improvement. Qualifications typically include relevant experience, leadership skills, and technical proficiency. Providing excellent service to production teams, Safety and Quality Teams, you will contribute to improving the operation’s productivity.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fully competent with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Meticulous and very organised to meet strict deadlines.

• Able to enjoy working as a shift.

• Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.

• Proven experience in production or a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Technical proficiency with production machinery and management software.
