Your new role

As the Planning Manager, your primary responsibilities include implementing departmental policies, coordinating with planning to set production priorities, and monitoring WIP. You will oversee checker system tasks, collaborate with QA and production departments to assess readiness, monitor inventory, and manage resource allocation. Additionally, you will interdepartmentally liaise to ensure compliance with pest control, food safety, occupational health and safety standards, set KPIs for the department in collaboration with the MD, maximise team motivation & productivity, and review production plans. This role is Samut Prakan-based.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management, policy management or any related discipline.
• 10+ years in planning management and 7+ years in production planning, with proven team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, products, and production planning.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and communication skills.
