Your new role

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimising manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with production standards. Your role will also involve troubleshooting process issues, analysing production data, and driving lean manufacturing initiatives.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
  • 3–5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimisation tools
  • Experience with automotive standards and quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills in English
