Your new role
As a Production Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and for driving yield improvement. You will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues, implement quality control procedures, and continuously improve the production process. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in quality and yield improvement.
- Experience in electronic manufacturing.
- Willing to frequently travel to China for knowledge transfer of new products.
- Good command of English.
