My client, a multinational manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic Planning Manager / Business Intelligence Manager to join the team in Chonburi, Thailand. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our organization’s success by optimising budgeting, pricing, and data-driven decision-making.

What you have to do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage budgets for sales, marketing, and call centre operations.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to achieve business goals.
• Analyse market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to formulate effective pricing strategies.
• Ensure pricing models align with profitability targets and market positioning.
• Gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support informed decision-making.

What you have to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in budgeting, pricing, and business intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualisation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with call centre operations is a plus.
