Your new role

As the Packing & Packaging Process Supervisor, you are responsible for improving production standards of new and existing products, developing new technology, and developing new production processes to ensure quality. You will develop process design, including overseeing BOM, routing, and standard time. You will identify pain points to increase production efficiency, lessen costs, and organise staff training to drive actions for improvement, coordinating with Production, Quality, SHE, and other teams to ensure efficiency and compliance. This role is based in Northern Thailand.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Packaging Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in box packaging manufacturing, packing and process engineering.
  • Familiarity with DOE & Data Analysis tools, ERP systems, and line design.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
