Your new company

You’ll be part of a globally recognised and fast-expanding FMCG company with a strong presence in the beverage industry. They are looking for motivated professionals to join their energetic and collaborative team, playing a vital role in the success of upcoming product launches.

Your new role

  • Drive and expand sales performance within key modern trade accounts such as Tesco, Big C, 7-Eleven, Tops, and Lotus.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to support business growth.
  • Forecast customer demand, nurture strong client relationships, and proactively resolve commercial challenges.
  • Oversee trade investments and ensure profitability across assigned accounts.
  • Establish and negotiate commercial agreements and trading terms with partners.
  • Supervise and guide a team of merchandisers or sales representatives as needed.
  • Develop and roll out promotional activities, pricing plans, and in-store marketing initiatives.
  • Track sales metrics, analyse market dynamics, monitor competitors, and gather customer insights.
  • Lead negotiations for annual contracts, trading conditions, and product listings.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong negotiation skills, including experience with complex deal-making
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in the beverage industry is preferred.
