Your new role

As the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing the strategic and hands-on execution of maintenance programs across aquaculture facilities such as hatcheries, farms, and processing plants. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure operational continuity through preventive and corrective maintenance of critical systems including water filtration, oxygen supply, feeding automation, and processing equipment. Your role involves managing asset lifecycles, optimising spare parts inventory, and implementing best practices to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with biosecurity, safety, and environmental regulations while driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites. This role is based in Southern Thailand.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years experience in maintenance with 3+ years of experience in management.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Aquaculture Engineering or related fields.

• Aquaculture, agriculture, food, or processing industry background is an advantage.

• Good command of English.
