Your new role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Assistant Legal Manager to focus on commercial contracts and provide legal advisory to the business. In this role, you will draft and review contracts, ensure legal compliance, provide legal advice on various laws (e.g., personal data, competition, criminal, labor, intellectual property), and act as Data Protection Officer if assigned. You will also participate in negotiations, offer strategic legal advice to management, and collaborate with internal and external legal teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• Master's degree in Law (preferably in Business Law, Commercial Law, or International Trade Law) or Bachelor's degree with significant experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a legal adviser in an international law firm or as a senior in-house lawyer in a well-known company or multinational organization
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate compliance, legal research, litigation, and debt collection processes
• Good command of written and spoken English
