Job Purpose:
The Investor Relations Manager will serve as the key liaison between the company and the investment community. This role is responsible for developing and executing the company’s investor relations strategy, ensuring transparent communication with shareholders, analysts, and regulatory bodies, while supporting strategic financial planning and corporate governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations & Communications
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of IR materials, including MD&A, 56-1 One Report, company snapshots, business plans, press releases, and company profiles.
- Organise and manage key IR events such as Opportunity Day, analyst briefings, conference calls, and investor meetings.
- Prepare and coordinate AGM/EGM documentation and presentations in alignment with SET/SEC requirements.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial media, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging.
Financial Planning & Analysis Support
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to produce monthly and quarterly financial performance reports and strategic updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provides insights and data to support earnings guidance, capital allocation decisions, and long-term financial planning.
Strategic Research & Risk Management
- Conduct in-depth research on global economic trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform investor messaging and strategic planning.
- Lead company-wide risk assessments to identify key exposures and develop mitigation strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Due Diligence & Corporate Transactions
- Coordinate with financial advisors (FAs) and legal teams to manage data rooms and support due diligence processes for M&A, fundraising, or strategic partnerships.
- Ensure timely and accurate disclosure of material information in compliance with SET/SEC regulations.
Ad Hoc Projects
- Support senior management with special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or financial communications, preferably in a public company or listed environment.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks (SET/SEC).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, IR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
