Renowned for its expertise in power and thermal management solutions and electronic component manufacturing, the company offers a wide range of products. These include power electronics and systems for IT, automotive, telecom, and industrial sectors, as well as DC motor fans. In addition to its primary OEM/ODM manufacturing activities, the Thailand division is gradually expanding its solution-centric businesses in the region, focusing on EV chargers, industrial automation, data center infrastructure, and smart energy management.

Your new role

  • Collaborate with the HR team to analyse manufacturing plant requirements and develop/execute solutions, programs, and policies covering areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, organisational development, HR information systems, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
  • Assist the manufacturing plant in people process improvement projects, analysing manpower issues, restructuring organisational units, workforce planning, HR report analysis, and succession planning.
  • Provide HR support to help the manufacturing plant achieve its annual key performance indicators.
  • Offer daily performance management guidance to line managers, including conducting performance, talent, and exit interviews.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, provide recommendations, and conduct necessary investigations to ensure company regulations are met.
  • Support project management, assist BU heads with inquiries, and perform data analysis related to HR operations, leveraging the shared service center.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources field, with exposure to at least 2 HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits).

  • Able to relocate to Bang Pu or Samut Prakan.

  • Proficient in English and any 2nd language ability (Chinese is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Detail-oriented and strategic mindset.
