Your new role
Employee Relations: - Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
- Promote a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.
Internal Communication: - Develop and execute effective communication strategies.
- Facilitate transparent communication across the organisation.
- Drive engagement through regular updates, town halls, and feedback channels.
Performance Management:
- Partner with managers to enhance performance and productivity.
- Implement performance appraisal processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance on performance improvement.
Organizational Development:
- Identify opportunities for organisational effectiveness.
- Collaborate on talent development initiatives.
- Support change management efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- The ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
