Your new role

• Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
• Promote a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.

• Develop and execute effective communication strategies.
• Facilitate transparent communication across the organisation.
• Drive engagement through regular updates, town halls, and feedback channels.

• Partner with managers to enhance performance and productivity.
• Implement performance appraisal processes.
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance improvement.

• Identify opportunities for organisational effectiveness.
• Collaborate on talent development initiatives.
• Support change management efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• The ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
