Your new role

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing a broad range of HR functions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, overseeing recruitment processes, and leading the internship program to attract emerging talent. You will handle employee relations, manage engagement initiatives, and support policy development and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you’ll facilitate onboarding and offboarding, identify training needs, and coordinate development opportunities. In this role, you’ll also assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compensation analysis, as well as support employer branding efforts through partnerships with universities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in HRM, HRD, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a “can-do” attitude will help you excel in this role.
