We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Legal to lead the corporate legal function with a strong focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This is a high-impact leadership role that supports not only the core business but also affiliated companies. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, agile, and capable of managing in a fast-paced way with minimal supervision.

Your new role

• Lead and manage all legal aspects of M&A transactions, including, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Provides strategic legal advice to senior leadership on corporate matters, joint ventures, investments, and divestitures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents in both Thai and English.
• Support the legal needs of the company and affiliated companies across various sectors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate with the internal legal team.
• Handle ad hoc legal assignments and urgent matters with a high degree of responsiveness and discretion.
• Report directly to the Group Executive and work closely with senior leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. required); Thai Bar preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on M&A and corporate law.
• Experience in both law firms and in-house legal departments preferred.
• Stable career history; not a frequent job changer.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and the ability to work with senior executives and board members.
• Able to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Comfortable working in a traditional, family-owned business environment with evolving corporate structures.
