Your new role
As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will spearhead the implementation of LEAN manufacturing practices and Integrated Work Systems (IWS) to elevate productivity and safety standards. You’ll coach cross-functional teams, lead Kaizen and problem-solving activities, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with operational goals. This role also involves developing training programs, benchmarking performance, and supporting digital transformation efforts—all while cultivating a high-performance culture.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in LEAN Manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Expertise in LEAN methodologies and tools
  • Strong project management skills (risk analysis, scheduling, budgeting)
  • Proficiency in ISO/HACCP/GMP/Safety/Environment systems
  • Excellent analytical and development capabilities
  • Fluent in English with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • People-oriented mindset with a passion for coaching and collaboration.
