Operating within the industrial coatings and chemical manufacturing space, the organisation is undergoing a strategic transformation to enhance operational efficiency and long-term competitiveness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Samut Sakhon, Thailand

Your new role

As Factory Director, you will be responsible for leading and integrating all core factory operations, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and maintenance. Reporting directly to the CEO (Thai), you will oversee a team of approximately 150 employees across the Factory and Supply Chain Management departments. Your mission will be to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the value chain. You will play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy, improving KPIs, and mentoring mid-level leaders to foster a performance-driven culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in factory operations within chemical, coatings, or industrial manufacturing sectors
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams including production, QC, supply chain, and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001, BRCGS) and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Experience in batch manufacturing, chemical blending, or packaging operations
