Your new role

In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new marketing opportunities to exceed company goals. You will design and execute marketing and social media campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and analyse customer data to refine future strategies. Your responsibilities will include expanding the company's social media presence, providing customer support, and working with various departments to enhance marketing efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Strong consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with social networking and social analytics tools.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a solid understanding of major marketing channels.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, customer-oriented approach, and excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
