Your new role
You will be responsible for developing and executing demand and supply planning strategies, managing inventory accuracy, handling damage claims, and improving third-party logistics performance. The role includes leading monthly Sales and Operations meetings, conducting cost and stock reconciliations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations and maintain high service levels.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in demand and supply planning
- Experience in chemical or raw materials distribution is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and ERP systems (e.g., JDE)
- Good command of English
