Your new role

As the Country Head of HR, you will lead HR initiatives and support a large and diverse workforce of around 6,000 employees, which includes both back-office and operational teams. You'll drive key projects, particularly focusing on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Total Rewards, ensuring effective HR support and compliance across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:

• Strong understanding of the aviation business model, with experience working across multiple employee groups, ideally from a large company background.

• Preferred HR background in HR Operations and strategic HR Management.

• Leading current projects to harmonise local strategic initiatives, such as: total rewards, cost structure, compensation & benefits

• Implementing and studying local regulations for effective project implementation.

• Designing organisational strategies to enhance the productivity of the HR function.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll need strong HR experience, ideally with a background in aviation or similar industries, although experience across all levels is valued. A transformation mindset is essential, as you'll be handling shared service payroll, developing HR structures, and liaising with key stakeholders within Thailand and across the broader regional team in Southeast Asia.
