Global manufacturing company with a rich history. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced C&B Manager to join our dynamic team. As the C&B Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy. Your expertise in market benchmarking, salary structures, and salary analysis will be essential.

Your new role

  1. Compensation Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
    • Design and manage salary structures, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
  2. Benefits Management:
    • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
    • Evaluate existing benefits offerings and recommend enhancements.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  3. Salary Analysis:
    • Analyse salary data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights to leadership on salary competitiveness and adjustments.
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address individual compensation needs.
  4. Salary Surveys:
    • Participate in salary surveys to gather industry-specific compensation data.
    • Use survey results to inform our compensation strategy and ensure alignment with market practices.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Legal, to align compensation practices.
    • Communicate compensation changes, policies, and programs effectively to employees.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation, job analysis, and salary structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
