Global manufacturing company with a rich history. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced C&B Manager to join our dynamic team. As the C&B Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy. Your expertise in market benchmarking, salary structures, and salary analysis will be essential.
Your new role
Compensation Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Design and manage salary structures, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
Benefits Management:
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Evaluate existing benefits offerings and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Salary Analysis:
- Analyse salary data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights to leadership on salary competitiveness and adjustments.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address individual compensation needs.
Salary Surveys:
- Participate in salary surveys to gather industry-specific compensation data.
- Use survey results to inform our compensation strategy and ensure alignment with market practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Legal, to align compensation practices.
- Communicate compensation changes, policies, and programs effectively to employees.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation, job analysis, and salary structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
