A multinational real estate development company, listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and headquartered in Singapore. It has businesses operating globally, rapidly expands and operates real estate management in over 20 countries.
Your new role
We are looking for a company secretary to organise and manage the meetings of the company's Board of Directors, Shareholders, Board Committees, and senior management.
Draft and review contracts and legal documents in Thai and English, and develop standard templates for agreements, and other legal documents necessary for the operation of head offices and stores.
- Organise and manage meetings of the Board of Directors, Shareholders, Sub-Board/Executive Committees, and senior management.
- Prepare invitation notices, minutes of meetings, documents, and reports, and maintain records related to the meetings.
- Provide advice and recommendations on company secretarial matters.
- Oversee and conduct meetings in accordance with laws, regulations and articles of association.
- Coordinate with other functions and business units and other companies within the Group.
- Prepare and draft letters, correspondence, and responses to government agencies and other related parties.
What you'll need to succeed
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- At least 6–10 years of experience in the company secretary field.
- Experience in company-secretary functions, e.g., holding board/committee meetings, notices, minute records, etc.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service-minded attitude with a strong sense of ethics and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and complete assignments in due course.
- Mature and able to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and confidential matters.
