Assistant Manager - Event Marketing/ Communication (Automotive)
Looking for proactive Event Marketing/Marketing Communication for the Automotive Sector!
Company Profile Our client is renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence in the automotive industry. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager for the Event Marketing and Marketing Communication function to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute event marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Plan, coordinate, and manage events, including product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Organise and oversee participation in major motor shows, which are public exhibitions showcasing current automobile models, debuts, concept cars, and classics. These events are attended by automotive industry representatives, dealers, auto journalists, and car enthusiasts.
Manage involvement in motor expos, such as the annual Motor Expo in Thailand. These expos highlight the latest advancements in the automotive world, focusing on innovative technologies and sustainable transportation solutions.
Coordinate and execute automotive marketing events that promote vehicles, brands, and innovations within the industry. These events facilitate direct interactions between manufacturers, dealers, and consumers, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing communication.
Create compelling marketing materials and content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print media.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to optimise marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in event marketing and marketing communication, preferably in the automotive sector.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media platforms, analytics tools).
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
