A highly skilled finance professional with strong experience in financial planning & analysis, cost control, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Manage annual standard cost calculations, cost variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counting, and physical stock verification
• Conduct financial modeling and provide in-depth business performance analysis
• Prepare and present profitability reports, market trend analysis, and return-on-investment calculations
• Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and corporate policies (SOX/internal audit)
• Participate in cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial control, FP&A, or cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of costing, budgeting, inventory control, and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills
