Job Summary This position is responsible for achieving sales profit targets by monitoring and controlling distributor’s selling activities and product stock. The role also involves collecting market data and customer feedback for strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Implement comprehensive marketing/sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
Establish and control pricing, pricing policy, and sales margins in accordance with company or department policy.
Ensure compliance with the Safety, Health and Environment Management System.

Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognised university.
2–3 years of experience in sales, technical specification in insulation, building materials, or related industry.
Fair English communication skills.
Knowledge of the building and construction industry.
Knowledge of the insulation business.
Interpersonal and human relations skills.
Skills in the construction decision process.
