Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision & Execution
  • Formulates and drives business strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Translates market insights into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Identifies and evaluates new markets, products, and ventures to expand the company’s footprint.

Partnership & Ecosystem Development
  • Establishes and nurtures high-value relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Leverages partnerships to co-create value, enhance supply chain resilience, and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor and connector within the anthracite and adjacent industries.

Commercial Acumen & Sales Leadership
  • Leads the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Develops and manages a high-performing sales pipeline with a focus on strategic accounts.
  • Negotiates complex contracts with a win-win mindset, balancing profitability and client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Growth Insights
  • Conducts deep-dive market and competitor analyses to anticipate shifts and capitalise on trends.
  • Synthesises data into strategic recommendations for product positioning and market entry.
  • Champions a data-driven approach to decision-making and opportunity prioritisation.

Project & Initiative Management
  • Oversees the end-to-end execution of business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manages cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluates project performance and adapts strategies for sustained success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree is often required, with a preference for engineering or business-related fields.
  • Experience: Significant experience in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably with a proven track record of success in the Thai market or a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Language: Fluency in both Thai and English is typically required.
