Your new role
As the Quality Manager, you will be the driving force behind the organisation’s quality strategy, ensuring compliance with international standards and customer expectations. You will lead audits, oversee quality systems, and act as the customer representative for quality matters. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to uphold product integrity and process efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in quality management at supervisory level
- Certified in IATF 16949 and Internal Auditor/VDA6.3
- Proficient in 8D, FMEA, SPC, Fishbone Diagram
- Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Experience in automotive manufacturing and customer complaint handling
- Ability to make final decisions on quality-related issues and halt production if necessary
