Your new role

As the Project Manager Manufacturing & Supply Chain, you will be at the heart of driving operational excellence across SEA. You’ll monitor and enhance supply chain performance, lead cross-functional projects, and support digital transformation initiatives. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure seamless operations while championing continuous improvement. Your role also includes supporting the GPS (S&OP) process and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced tools and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or performance management
  • Strong data sensitivity and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Regional experience preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proactive, accountable, and collaborative mindset
  • Passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation
