Your new role
This position is pivotal in leading core HR functions at the plant level, including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HRIS, General Affairs, and HR Business Partnering. The role demands a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage payroll, incentive schemes, and recognition programs.
- Ensure alignment with internal standards and external benchmarks.
- Lead the implementation of performance systems that reflect global standards.
- Promote a culture of feedback, coaching, and performance-based rewards.
- Administer engagement surveys and drive follow-up actions.
- Organise employee activities such as CSR events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Oversee the use and expansion of the payroll system for payroll and other HR modules.
- Provide training and ensure system effectiveness across functions.
- Manage relationships with local authorities and oversee facility-related operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of office and factory amenities.
- Collaborate with Finance for HR budgeting and monthly reporting.
- Ensure readiness for frequent audits and maintain compliance with internal and external standards.
- Act as a strategic HR partner for other operations departments.
- Provide functional support and foster proactive stakeholder engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated expertise in C&B, Performance Management, Engagement, and HRIS.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking.
- Fluent in English for global collaboration.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and short-notice changes.
- High integrity, empathy, and stakeholder management skills.
