We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Business Partner with expertise in Compensation & Benefits to join our client, a leading player in the automotive industry. This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of compensation and benefits strategies.
Your new role 
As an HR Business Partner with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, you will act as a strategic advisor to designated business units, leading the design, implementation, and optimisation of compensation and benefits programs. You will also drive key HR initiatives—including talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance—ensuring they align with and support overall business objectives. 
Qualifications:
- Design and maintain a comprehensive compensation strategy that ensures internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Develop and manage salary structures, job classifications, and pay policies.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal standards related to compensation and benefits.
- Monitor legislative changes and update policies accordingly.
- Lead initiatives to improve compensation and benefits practices.
- Provide strategic HR consultation and timely support to management to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee workforce planning and recruitment to ensure adequate staffing across departments.
- Collaborate with line managers to address HR issues and implement effective solutions.
- Manage HR budgets and control expenses to maximise efficiency.
- Implement employee development programs to enhance workforce capabilities and career growth.
- Support employee recognition initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
- Supervise and guide HR team members to enhance performance and effectiveness.
- Ensure workplace safety, health, and security programs comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support corporate HR projects as assigned by the director.
What you'll need to succeed 
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with expertise in compensation and benefits strategic roles, and at least 3 years in a strategic business partner role.
- Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, recruitment, and employee development.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and compensation & benefits frameworks
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, policies, and legal requirements.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and employees to drive HR initiatives.
