Your new role

As a Manufacturing Development Engineer (Cable Assembly), you will be instrumental in advancing production capabilities and driving process improvements. You will take ownership of designing and implementing manufacturing methods that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support new product introductions and lead continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
