Manufacturing Process Development Manager

Oversees the development, support and continued improvement of manufacturing processes.

Your new role
You will lead a team of automation engineers focused on developing high-speed cable assembly processes and transitioning them into mass production. This role bridges product development and manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration of automation technologies. You’ll be responsible for strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and driving continuous improvement in tooling, process design, and production efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering tools
  • Experience in cable assembly automation (2+ years preferred)
  • Fluent English communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with industrial specifications such as IPC 620.
