Your new role

• Lead and oversee accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Consolidate and analyse results, providing variance analysis on margins, productivity, and inventory.
• Monitor and control material and conversion costs; identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Partner with plant and business leaders to support automation, capacity planning, and capital investments.
• Review and approve capital expenditure requests, validate business cases, and ensure follow-through.
• Lead annual re-costing, inventory control, and financial stocktaking activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements
• Promote best-in-class cost visibility and decision support across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of finance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cost drivers, productivity metrics, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement.
