Your new role
As an Operations Excellence Manager, you will spearhead high-impact production improvement projects across multiple lines, leveraging data analytics and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the central point of contact for all production enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coach teams, drive root cause analysis, and deliver measurable results through structured problem-solving and project execution.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations or digital transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of production KPIs (TRS, UV, NQC, Waste) and continuous improvement tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
  • Familiarity with safety, quality, and GMP standards in a production setting
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
