Your new role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment. You will support line automation and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies. Your responsibilities will include supervising maintenance technicians, coordinating daily machine support activities, and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programmes. You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and contribute to the achievement of quality, productivity, and minimal downtime targets.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5–7 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing
- Familiarity with semi-automated manufacturing processes
- Preferable knowledge of PLC programming, vision systems, and equipment diagnostics
- Experience with Yamaha and Mitsubishi robots, and Mitsubishi and Siemens PLCs
- Strong communication skills in English
