Your new role

As HRD Manager, you will be responsible for building the organisation’s human resource development framework from the ground up. This includes conducting internal surveys, analysing workforce data, and identifying key areas for improvement across departments. Drawing on previous practices and experience, you will design and implement effective HRD strategies that support long-term growth, employee development, and cultural alignment. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to lead change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRD or organisational development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in setting up HRD systems.
