Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Accounting Director to lead and oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations across a diverse portfolio of businesses. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in accounting, tax, and financial consolidation, who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting Operations Oversight: Lead and manage end-to-end accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
  • Tax Compliance & Planning: Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and oversee tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
  • Financial Consolidation: Supervise the preparation of consolidated financial statements across multiple business units and entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance: Develop and maintain robust internal control systems and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and provide financial insights.
  • Audit & Reporting: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits and statutory filings.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Thai tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and consolidation practices.
  • Proven experience managing accounting operations across multiple business sectors.
  • Excellent command of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • CPA or CPD holder
