Your new role
You will be responsible for leading the entire manufacturing function, ensuring optimal production capacity, cleanroom space utilisation, and equipment allocation. You will develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with corporate goals, oversee production readiness and line qualification, and drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, and quality teams. This role demands a visionary leader who can manage day-to-day operations while fostering a high-performing team culture.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, with strong exposure to Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with proven leadership capabilities
- Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in space planning, equipment/tooling allocation, and production line setup
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational efficiency
