Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and meet store targets through strategic leadership.

• Promote complementary product sales and maximize transaction value.
• Work closely with product teams to refine assortment and provide feedback.

• Recruit and onboard team members who align with brand values.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to build team capability.
• Encourage a results-driven culture through clear communication and motivation.
• Partner with HR and retail leadership to support employee growth and resolve issues.

• Ensure the store’s presentation reflects brand identity and visual guidelines.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold grooming expectations.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with planning teams for optimal stock flow.

• Ensure all store operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise tailoring and alteration services to meet customer expectations.
• Utilize digital platforms to enhance service delivery and business performance.
