Our client is a global leader in the food and nutrition industry, renowned for its commitment to health-focused innovation and sustainable practices. With a strong presence across Southeast Asia, the company is expanding its specialised nutrition portfolio to meet evolving consumer needs. This is a hybrid role based in Samutprakan, Thailand.
Your new role
You will lead new product development and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with cost optimisation, regulatory standards, and consumer insights. The role involves hands-on lab work, sensory evaluations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across SEA. You’ll also support commercialisation efforts, FDA registration, and technical troubleshooting, while contributing to quality systems and team capability development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in food or nutritional product development
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills
- Proficient in sensory evaluation
- Hands-on lab instrument handling (mixing/packing)
