The business continues to expand and is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to strengthen its accounting & finance team. This role offers exposure to diverse accounting and tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance and supporting smooth business operations.

Your new role

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and finance activities with a strong focus on GL, month-end closing, tax compliance and import-related matters. You will play a key role in managing invoices, preparing accurate records, and coordinating with both government authorities and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage monthly and annual tax filings in Thailand, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Issue and review invoices, maintaining accuracy and compliance with Thai regulations.
• Record and process invoices, maintain financial records, and assist in preparing financial statements.
• Coordinate with customs brokers on import-related matters.
• Handle import-related financial documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Support daily finance operations, such as expense reimbursements and treasury management.
• Maintain strong communication with the Thai Revenue Department and other authorities to ensure compliance.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in tax-related work; exposure to import-related finance is a plus.
• Native Thai speaker, Chinese and English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and customs clearance procedures.
• Proficiency in financial and office software (Excel, ERP systems).
• Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling complex financial matters independently.
• Thai nationality with strong professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
