Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on accounting executive to lead and oversee the accounting operations of a publicly listed holding company with core businesses in logistics and other sectors. The AVP – Accounting will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial reporting, while managing a large and dynamic accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and financial closing processes.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with TFRS and SET/SEC regulations.
Oversee consolidation of financial reports across multiple subsidiaries and business units.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and successful audits.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies.
Provide strategic financial insights and support to senior management for business planning and decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and develop a large accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or CPD license.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a public company.
Strong knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), SET/SEC regulations, and tax laws.
Proven experience managing large accounting teams and complex group structures.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
