Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic finance professional to join our Business Development team. This role will be responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, supporting M&A activities, and driving financial strategy across the group’s logistics and diversified business units. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling skills and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and feasibility studies for new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with business units and senior executives to assess strategic initiatives and investment proposals.
  • Develop financial models and business cases to support decision-making and capital allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments and subsidiaries, identifying areas for improvement or divestment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and external advisors during deal execution.
  • Prepare strategic presentations and reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis for group-level business development initiatives.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic direction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or business development, preferably in a public company or holding group.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in logistics or diversified industries is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-border transactions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
