Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and analytical finance professional to lead the development and execution of financial strategies for a publicly listed logistics company with global operations. This role will be instrumental in driving long-term financial planning, investment analysis, and cross-border financial coordination to support sustainable growth and shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate goals and international expansion plans.
- Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development for new investments, M&A, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance across business units and geographies (Thailand, Singapore, USA), identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure alignment in budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Support investor relations and corporate communications with financial insights and strategic narratives.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, tools, and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or strategy roles, preferably in a public company or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics or supply chain business models is a plus.
- Proven experience in cross-border financial coordination and strategic project leadership.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good English communication skills
